Where the two differ
Lead source. Injury Lead Gen's main message is its source: it says every lead comes from Google Search ads, from people who searched for legal help. Augment Leads runs its own ads and campaign forms, and the claimant fills in the form themselves. Whichever source a vendor uses, ask to see the form and the consent language the claimant saw.
Case types. Injury Lead Gen sells a wider range of injury leads, including slip and fall, wrongful death and mass tort. Augment Leads only does motor vehicle accidents and workers' comp. Within MVA, you can order a single accident type, such as truck, motorcycle, rideshare, pedestrian or bicycle leads, or combine several.
Proof on every lead. Augment Leads attaches a TrustedForm certificate to every lead and verifies every phone by SMS. Injury Lead Gen's public pages describe its replacement policy for invalid leads, but they don't say whether a consent certificate or phone verification comes with each lead. Ask them. Our guide to TrustedForm and lead verification explains what a certificate shows.
Replacements. Both companies have a written replacement process for bad leads. Injury Lead Gen publishes a list of what counts as invalid. Augment Leads replaces unqualified leads under our written replacement policy, agreed with each firm before the first paid order, so the definition of "unqualified" fits your screening.
